The Old Mill sits beside the River Ericht in Blairgowrie, an excellent base for exploring Perthshire and the southern Cairngorms. Walkers can explore the riverside and surrounding countryside, while Blairgowrie is the starting point for the 54-mile Cateran Trail. Golfers have three courses at The Blairgowrie Golf Club, and in winter Glenshee Snowsports Centre is around 25 miles north of town on the A93. Blairgowrie itself has independent shops, cafés, restaurants and supermarkets, making it easy to combine days outdoors with relaxed evenings close to home. The A93 leads north through Glenshee towards the Cairngorms, while Perth and Dundee are straightforward options for day trips or work visits.
Guest Access
Guests have full private access to the apartment and its enclosed garden area throughout their stay. Two allocated private parking spaces are available at the end of the car park. Self check-in is provided via lockbox, making arrival straightforward even if you are travelling later in the day. The property is not pet friendly. The apartment is set over two floors with no lift, so may not suit guests with limited mobility.
